Mr. Dai joined Zhaoke Ophthalmology in June 2016 and was appointed as an executive director on October 23, 2020, and was appointed as the Chief Operation Officer (COO) on May 20, 2024. He is mainly responsible for the drug research and development and the management of corporate operations.
Prior to joining our Group, Mr. Dai had worked in Lee’s Pharm since July 2007, where he served successively as the head of the research and development centre, deputy general manager and COO. He was responsible for multiple new drug development programs, advancing them to the clinical trial stage and successfully obtaining the registration approval for over 20 different drugs. Mr. Dai has over 17 years of extensive experience in drug research and development and corporate operations management.
Mr. Dai obtained his master’s degree in biochemistry from Anhui Agricultural University (安徽农业大学) in Anhui Province, China in June 2007.
